CANCELLATION POLICY
To honor the time and care put into your experience, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 60% of the rate of services booked to the card on file. Due to limited availability, deposits are not transferable when rescheduling within the 24-hour window. Your time is valuable, and these policies ensure fairness for all clients.
